The UAlbany Baseball Alumni Association collects donations on behalf of the team. We work closely with the athletic administration and coaches to ensure that everything goes directly where it's needed most.

Help dress up Varsity Field with some brand new on deck circles!!! The UAlbany Baseball Alumni Association has received approval to purchase these on behalf of the team, and we have reached out to a manufacturer to help make this happen. They have quoted our total cost for two on deck circles at ~$2500. One of our missions is to build, improve, and maintain baseball facilities that our team can be proud of. Donations made in support of this project will not receive tax credit. The UAlbany Baseball Alumni Association is not captured in UAlbany's nonprofit (501c3) status.

If those costs are covered, or if there are no immediate activities planned, we will forward any donations to the general budget using the official UAlbany donation link. Your order will take about 1 - 2 weeks to be processed, shipped, and delivered. You will receive an order confirmation email / receipt with a tracking number. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to [email protected] where our team will respond within 24 hours.

Because this gear is custom-made with the manufacturer, we cannot accept returns. If you ordered an item that you are not satisfied with, we will donate it directly to a team member or larger organization of your choice.
3. Where do these products come from?
Each of these products is customized and ordered through Printify. If you'd like more information about shipping, design, prices, or your exact donation amount, please contact us at [email protected]. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
4. How do I know that the proceeds are donated?
The UAlbany Baseball Alumni Association is a volunteer non-profit organization. If you'd like explicit proof that the proceeds of your order were donated, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will provide you with third-party documents verifying your order, the prices and fees from the transaction, and the donation to the University at Albany Baseball Team.
